                                For the convenience of pilgrims and passengers and to cater to extra rush of passengers during Rath Yatra Festival at Puri, East Coast Railway has decided to run 60 special trains from different parts of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh excluding the existing trains coming to Puri. Special trains will also run to and from Puri to clear extra rush on the occasion of Sandhya Darshan, Bahuda Yatra and Sunabesa. Apart from this, eight trains will be rescheduled. Special Trains from Andhra Pradesh (VISAKHAPATNAM &PALASA): One special train will leave Visakhapatnam at 18.00hrs on 20th June 2012 and will arrive Puri at 07.45 hrs on 21st June 2012 i.e. on Rath Yatra Day.
